The Upload File Service is moving to the Reference Data Portal. Please raise a CR9 to process XML files.
How to Raise a CR9
Required CR9 Header Values:
- Product: ENT (CargoWise)
- Criticality: CR9
- Module/Service: REF (Reference Files/Data)
- Summary: Short one-line purpose
Example: "Upload XML for WI00945177 — Updates to PROD"
Required Details
- Work Item number (if applicable) — WI number that owns the change
- Target environment(s): UAT and/or PROD
- Action required: Upload XML
- DataSource: The Universal XML DataSource value or Ref table name
- XML file info: Confirm zip contains single XML, indicate PublicationTime & UpdateType (FULL / PARTIAL / DELETION)
- Attachments: Add eDocs (zip file containing XML)
- Email contacts: People to be notified (optional)
